# HoYoverse Security Update

Important Notice on HoYoverse Account Security Updates

HoYoverse has recently enhanced its security system, now allowing only 1-2 accounts per device across all HoYoverse games. If you attempt to use a third account on the same device, you may enter a "Too Many Requests" risk zone, which could temporarily block new account logins. Be mindful of this update to avoid interruptions in accessing your accounts.

## **How to Fix Unable to Log in to the Game**

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Go to the [HoYoverse](https://account.hoyoverse.com/passport/index.html#/login) website on your device.
2. Log in using the account affected by TMR (Too Many Requests).
3. Clear all device history.
4. Leave the account idle for 2-3 days (avoid any login attempts during this period).
5. Log in again on the 3rd day.

If you are still facing TMR, you will need to wait another 15-30 calendar days. During this period, no login activity is allowed on the account.

## **How to Fix Unable to Change Email**

This issue is similar to the "Unable to Log in to the Game" problem. Follow the same steps as mentioned in that guide. However, our recommendation is to attempt changing your email after playing the account until the 5th day.
